Returns

Whilst we work hard to ensure all our Products go through Strict quality Control and testing Before Being Sent Out For Delivery , we do Acknowledge Accidents Can Happen. Upon receipt of your delivery, please carefully inspect your items for any damage and clearly mark any identified damage on the couriers delivery sheet.

Please note we will not accept any claims for damage if goods have not been checked on delivery and if this damage has not been clearly stated on the courier's delivery sheet.

Other than defects reported upon delivery, claims will only be accepted for manufacturing defects, attempts to return damaged items or showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.  Unless damage is reported at the point of delivery, or a clear manufacturing defect has occurred then there may be a charge applied to accept your return. 

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item that has no defects,

Please Ensure The Item Is Returned In The Condition It Was Received In. Any Items Returned Without Adequate Packaging Which May Lead To Any Damage During The Return Will Incur A Charge Amounting To The Extent Of The Damage Caused. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the item's initial delivery as well as the collection fee for the return.

If After Your Delivery You Realise That You Are Unhappy With The Quality With Your Item Or That We Have Sent You The Wrong Item, Please Get In Touch With Our Customer Services Team Within 14 Days Of Your Delivery So We Can Provide You With A Prompt Solution You Are Happy With.

 We May Require Evidence In Support Of Your Return Such As Any Photos Or Videos Of Any Damage Or Imperfection, We Will Need This So We Can Provide You With The Best Solution Possible.

 Due To Hygienic Reasons, We Are Unable To Accept Back Any Mattress Products That have Been Removed From Its Original Packaging. Please Check You Have Received The Correct Mattress Size and Type Prior To Removing The Packaging As Once The Packaging Has Been Removed, We Cannot Accept A Return.

Refunds

We Will Process Your Refund Immediately As Soon As We Receive Your Item Back With Us. Orders That Have Not Been Delivered Will Be Refunded Within 14 Days Of Notification. We Wil Refund The Purchase Price, Excluding Our Administration Fee Of 50% Per Order If The Order Is Not Cancelled Within 24 Hours.

 

Orders That Have Been Delivered And Returned Due To A Change Of Mind Will Be Refunded Within 14 Working Days After We Receive Your Return. We Will Refund 50% Of Your Purchase Price Which Will Include Our Collection And Delivery Cost.

 

You Will Not Be Charged For The Delivery Of Any Parts If The Product We Delivered Is Faulty Or Incorrect. However, If You Choose Not To Exchange And Instead Opt For A Return, The Product Will Be Deemed To Have Been Delivered And Returned And Standard Charges Will Apply.

 

For Security Reasons, You Will Be Refunded On The Card Or Payment Method That You Used To Place Your Order.
