Can I change my delivery date?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can rearrange your delivery. You can reach our delivery team by phone or email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.

Can you deliver to my room of choice?

We can only deliver to the front door of the given delivery address. Our delivery team is not able to carry items upstairs or into specific rooms due to insurance and safety requirements.

Please ensure someone is available at the property to receive the delivery and help move the items to your desired location.

How do I tell you about delivery restrictions?
