Delivery To Remote Areas

We deliver furniture to our customers across Mainland UK however, some locations within the UK are currently excluded.

We do not deliver to offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. The following postcodes will incur an additional charge:

Our delivery is Free to Mainland UK, however certain postcodes may incur an additional charge. All our products are delivered to your home within 3–5 working days.

Failed Deliveries

If you aren’t available on the day to accept delivery, we reserve the right to apply a £60 redelivery fee. The redelivery will be conducted in line with our delivery schedule and availability in your area.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes. Please Contact Us As Soon As Possible So We Can Rearrange Your Delivery.

We Can Only Deliver To the Front Door Of The Given Delivery Address, If You Live In An Apartment Or A Block Of Flats. The Delivery Driver Will Deliver To The Lobby Of The Building Only. If You Have Selected For Your Bed, To Be Assembled, Then We Will Deliver To The Room Of Your Choice However Lift Access is Required If The Room Is More Than 2 Flights Of Stairs.
