peace of mind when making your purchase with us.

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time i for reasons such as legal developments, changes in technology, changes to our products and services and much more We advise you to check this page from time to time to ensure that you are up to date and happy with any changes.

3-Year Warranty Period

All our warranty periods begin from the date of delivery. Our 3 Year warranty Covers all our beds and mattress products. It covers against any potential problems arising from faulty components or workmanship.

In the case of a Successful claim, we will either Repair or fully replace your item/items. All efforts will be made to make sure you receive the exact same
colour and fabric where an item is repaired or replaced.

All fabrics and exterior materials/thread/stitching are covered for 1 year and any internal components such as the frame,  frame springs or any other internal components are covered for 3 years.

2-Year Extended Warranty Option

Protect your Bed For Longer with our 2-Year Extended Warranty. This comprehensive plan offers peace of mind beyond the standard 3 year manufacturer warranty we offer, ensuring your bed remains in top condition.
Coverage Includes:
• Structural Defects: Protection against any manufacturing defects in the bed frame and foundation.
• Mattress Issues: Coverage for sagging or body impressions that exceed specified limits.
• Parts and Labor: Includes repair costs and replacement parts, ensuring hassle-free service.
• Easy Claims Process: Our user-friendly claims process ensures quick and efficient service.

Terms and Conditions

The Warranty shall not apply when:

  • The product has been soiled or stained in any way.
  • Please do not remove the original labels that are on your product. This will deem the warranty null and void.
  • The product was damaged accidentally after delivery.
  • The product has been jumped on or damaged by improper use.
  • The product has been used commercially or has been misused in any way.
  • The mattress has been bent or folded in such a way as to cause damage to spring sets.

Additional Information:

  • All reasonable efforts will be made to match fabrics and colours where an item is repaired or replaced. However, a match cannot be guaranteed.
  • Where the repair or replacement of a bed is not possible, we will offer you the opportunity to choose an alternative product. You must pay the difference if
    you select a product that is more expensive than the nearest equivalent.
  • The guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required.
  • The guarantee only applies to delivery areas within mainland UK.
  • Our Warranty Policy is in accordance with UK law.
  • Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
