10-Year Warranty

To provide complete peace of mind, all Adeline Waterson products are supported by our comprehensive warranty coverage, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects and reflecting our confidence in the quality and durability of our products.

All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

Bed Warranty

10-Year Structural Frame Warranty

The structural frame of all Adeline Waterson beds is covered by a 10-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects that affect the strength, stability, or structural integrity of the bed frame.

This includes faults such as:

• Structural defects within the internal frame
• Breakage or failure of the frame due to manufacturing faults
• Issues that prevent the bed from functioning as intended

3-Year Upholstery & Material Warranty

The fabric, stitching, upholstery, and external materials of the bed are covered by a 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes:

• Faults in stitching
• Fabric defects
• Upholstery or material faults caused during manufacturing

For additional peace of mind, this coverage can be extended to 5 years at the time of purchase for an additional cost.

Mattress Warranty

10-Year Spring System Warranty

The internal spring system of Adeline Waterson mattresses is covered by a 10-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

• Broken or damaged springs
• Structural faults within the spring support system
• Manufacturing issues affecting mattress support

3-Year Materials & Comfort Layer Warranty

The foam, fabrics, stitching, and comfort layers of the mattress are covered by a 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes:

• Faults in foam layers
• Fabric or stitching defects
• Issues affecting the comfort materials due to manufacturing

This coverage may be extended to 5 years (an additional 2 years) for an extra cost at the time of purchase.

Designed to Last

Adeline Waterson products are crafted with durability and longevity in mind. With proper care, your bed or mattress will provide many years of comfort and support.

To help maintain your product’s condition, we recommend:

• Rotating your mattress regularly to ensure even wear
• Using a suitable and supportive bed base
• Protecting your mattress with a quality mattress protector
• Keeping the product clean, dry, and well ventilated

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects but does not cover issues resulting from normal use or improper care, including:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Minor body impressions from regular mattress use
• Damage caused by misuse, jumping, or excessive force
• Stains, spills, or liquid damage
• Damage caused by unsuitable bed bases or incorrect assembly
• Accidental or cosmetic damage after delivery

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has developed a fault covered under warranty, our customer care team will be happy to assist.

To start a claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photographs clearly showing the area of concern

Our team will review the information and may request additional details or arrange an inspection if required. Once assessed, we will confirm the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.
