3-Year Warranty

At Adeline Waterson, craftsmanship and lasting comfort are central to every bed, mattress, and headboard we make. Eligible products include a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Customers can extend eligible warranty cover to a total of 10 years at the time of purchase by using code Extend10Years. This extended warranty has a stated value of £150 and is applied at cart or checkout when the warranty upgrade is included with an eligible product.

Bed Warranty

3-Year Structural Frame, Upholstery & Material Warranty

Eligible Adeline Waterson beds are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects that affect the strength, stability, upholstery, stitching, or materials of the bed frame.

This includes manufacturing faults such as structural defects within the internal frame, breakage or failure caused by manufacturing faults, fabric defects, stitching faults, and issues that prevent the bed from functioning as intended.

Mattress Warranty

3-Year Spring System, Materials & Comfort Layer Warranty

Eligible Adeline Waterson mattresses are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects affecting the spring system, foam layers, fabrics, stitching, and comfort materials.

This includes manufacturing faults such as broken or damaged springs, structural faults within the spring support system, faults in foam layers, fabric or stitching defects, and issues affecting mattress support or comfort materials due to manufacturing.

Headboard Warranty

3-Year Upholstery, Material & Construction Warranty

Eligible Adeline Waterson headboards are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects affecting construction, upholstery, stitching, fittings supplied with the product, and external materials.

Designed to Last

Adeline Waterson products are crafted with durability and longevity in mind. With proper care, your bed, mattress, or headboard should provide many years of comfort and support.

To help maintain your product's condition, we recommend rotating your mattress regularly, using a suitable supportive bed base, protecting your mattress with a quality mattress protector, and keeping the product clean, dry, and well ventilated.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, minor body impressions from regular mattress use, damage caused by misuse, jumping, or excessive force, stains, spills, liquid damage, damage caused by unsuitable bed bases or incorrect assembly, or accidental or cosmetic damage after delivery.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has developed a fault covered under warranty, our customer care team will be happy to assist. To start a claim, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the area of concern.

Our team will review the information and may request additional details or arrange an inspection if required. Once assessed, we will confirm the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.
